Have you ever visited Bangkok? If so, maybe you can help me out. I'll be in Bangkok on May 26th when the Champions League final is played. Of course I wouldn't miss the Champions League final, so I'm looking for a sports bar that shows the game even though it's in the early morning over there.

Any suggestions?

Any other travel tips for a few days in Bangkok are more than welcome!

bangok? That does sound exotic, have a nice trip duck, can't be of any help since i ve never been to asia. Will you be going there on bussiness or holidays?

Duck,

Head down to Khao San Road.
It's where the backpackers stay.
I've seen many soccer matches
here, lots of satelite TV
guest houses and restaurants.
Lots of places have the TV on all night.
Just ask around once you get there.

Have a Big Chang for 50 baht,
and grab some Pad Thai from a street
side vendor for 10 baht...

One of the girls that works for me is from there and she went back for three weeks. One of these years I might go with her. The Thai people are friendly and sweet, and the food is great. Enjoy. Sawadit ka.

Duck - every bar in Bangkok (with a TV) will show the game. Thais are soccer crazy and all the bars will be packed...if it was man Utd or Madrid then double so...enjoy and if you want a bet you probably won't have too many probs
